1. Acceptance
By registering for or using the Luvitor platform (rider app, Captain app, or website), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Nature of the service
Luvitor operates a technology platform that connects riders seeking transportation or parcel delivery with independent, third-party transport providers ("Captains"). Luvitor is not a transportation carrier. Captains are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Luvitor, and are solely responsible for the actual provision of transportation and delivery services, subject to applicable Motor Vehicle Aggregator regulations.
3. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and must provide accurate registration information.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and OTP confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
5. Fares and payments
Fares are calculated using a base fare, distance and time, any surge pricing during high demand, tolls, and applicable taxes — all shown to you before you confirm a ride. Payment may be made by UPI, card, wallet, or cash where permitted. Luvitor may charge a platform or service fee to Captains as set out in the Captain Agreement.

7. Booking and trip conduct
You agree to give an accurate pickup location, be available at the pickup point within the app's wait-time window, and treat the Captain and vehicle with respect. You must not ask a Captain for unsafe, illegal, or off-platform routes or services. Confirming a ride constitutes acceptance of the fare shown at booking, subject to variation for route changes, waiting time, or additional stops actually made.
8. Prohibited conduct
Users must not: provide false information; use the platform for unlawful purposes; harass, threaten, or discriminate against Captains or other riders; interfere with GPS or fare calculation; misuse referral or coupon systems; or attempt to transact outside the platform to circumvent it.
9. Lost items
Luvitor will help you contact the Captain about items left in a vehicle, but is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen during a trip.
10. Intellectual property
The Luvitor name, logo, app, and content are owned by [Legal Entity Name] and protected under Indian copyright and trademark law. No licence is granted except to use the app for its intended purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luvitor's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fare amount of the relevant ride, except in cases of Luvitor's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or as otherwise mandated by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Luvitor against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
13. Suspension and termination
Luvitor may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, safety concerns, or as required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [City, Rajasthan] having exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the dispute resolution process below.
15. Dispute resolution
Disputes will first be addressed through our grievance redressal mechanism — see Contact Us. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at [City], in English.
16. Amendments
Luvitor may revise these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
