Riding with Luvitor

Which cities do you operate in?
We are live across Rajasthan, and the app shows the cities available to you on the home screen. We are adding more.

What can I book?
Bike for quick single trips, Auto for up to three passengers, and Parcel for same-city delivery.

Can I add stops?
Yes, up to three. Add them on the confirm screen and the fare updates before you book.

How do I know the fare before I ride?
The ride picker prices every vehicle for your exact route before you confirm. Every completed trip then has an itemised receipt in My Rides.

Fares and payments

How is the fare calculated?
A base fare covers the first kilometre or two, then you pay per kilometre and per minute. Waiting time, tolls, and taxes are added on top. The full breakdown is shown before and after the trip.

How can I pay?
Cash, Luvitor Wallet, UPI, or card, depending on what is enabled in your city.

What if I am charged the wrong amount?
Open the trip, tap Help, and raise a ticket within [7] days. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

How long does a refund take?
Wallet refunds are instant. Card and UPI refunds take [5–7] business days depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Is cancelling free?
Within [2] minutes of booking, yes. After a Captain has set off, a fee of ₹[X] may apply and goes to the Captain for their travel. If the Captain cancels, you are never charged.

Safety

Are captains verified?
Yes. Licence, RC, and insurance are checked, along with identity and a selfie, before an account is activated — and re-checked periodically.

Can my family follow my trip?
Tap Share trip on any ride to send a live link, or turn on Always share trip in Settings.

What does SOS do?
It alerts our safety team and your emergency contacts with your live location. In immediate danger, call 112 first.

Offers and referrals

How do coupons work?
Apply the code on the confirm screen. The discount shows before you book.

How does Refer & Earn work?
Share your code from the Refer & Earn screen. When a friend signs up with it and finishes their first ride, you both get a bonus in your Luvitor Wallet.

Driving with Luvitor

What do I need to sign up?
A valid driving licence, your vehicle's RC, valid insurance, and a bank or UPI account for payouts. Pre-register on the home page and we will guide you through the rest.

Do I choose my own hours?
Yes. Captains are independent and work full time or part time, accepting the rides they want.

When am I paid?
Earnings appear per trip in the app, and payouts follow the cycle shown in your Earnings screen.
